Senior Analyst HR ComplianceThe Senior Analyst HR Compliance plays a critical role in managing employment compliance requirements related to background checks and drug and alcohol testing. The role is responsible for overseeing the end to end process of employment screenings, developing training materials, and making key recommendations.What You'll DoThe responsibilities include:Adjudicate background screening reports, and support escalated reviews, and make final recommendationsLead the development and management of compliant drug and alcohol testing programs, including pre and post employment and random testingDevelop training and communication materialsCollaborate with HR, Legal, HRIS, and external vendorsProactively scan the federal, state and local regulatory environment to identify new background check and drug and alcohol testing requirementsMonitor and improve compliance processes and documentationProvide support for various functions in HR Compliance as assigned, including I9 compliance, and accommodationsWho You AreYou are detail oriented and passionate about compliance and process improvement.
