Position Overview: As the Executive Assistant at Roto-Rooter in Wadsworth, Ohio, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for executives as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings.


Administrative Duties:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails, responding when appropriate.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.


Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents and records.


Project Coordination:

  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather information and facilitate project timelines.

Confidentiality:

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and professionalism.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting executives or senior management is highly desirable.
