Project CoordinatorA technology consulting firm located in the suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a Project Coordinator to their teamResponsibilities:Meet with Project Managers every Friday to capture weekly forecasting needs for internal personnel tasks and upcoming deadlines.Prepare and update the weekly Manpower Planning report.Track design deliverable deadlines and document manpower assignments.Coordinate overlapping team completion demands and define task priorities.Track proposal status, Add Service Proposals (ASPs), and receipt of purchase orders (POs).Monitor engineer schedules, including PTO and travel arrangements.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a related field.Experience in internal project/people/scheduled coordination at a design or construction firm.Vantage Point is a bonus.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodridge, IL.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.26/hr.
