The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program is a dynamic, intensive program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging talent to invigorate our workforce and support your success in establishing your career You will get hands-on experience in every aspect of our business through on-the-job, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips. This11-month rotational program includes exposure to the site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA and our Operating Companies‘ business philosophy. At the conclusion of this program, you will have the unique opportunity to present to our Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives.





This program will begin inJune 2025.





The core rotations of this program are:




  • Warehouse/Logistics
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Inside Sales/Counter
  • Projects & Quotations
  • Digital Solutions/Marketing/eCommerce
  • Outside Sales and/or Custom module




In addition to your rotations, you will also experience:




  • Team-building activities with fellow trainees
  • All-expense paid travel to different company locations in fun places
  • Enhanced understanding of our business through specialized training




What you will do:




  • Assist the facilities management in meeting and maintaining OneSource‘s commitment to safety by providing a safe workplace for our Associates and to promote OneSource‘s safety program
  • Complete assignments consisting of reports, elearning, and/or presentations with each rotation
  • Represent OneSource and our 10 Principles while working with customers, vendors, and co-workers




What you will bring:




  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree is required
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
  • Possess a desire for a career in Sales, Logistics, or Operations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and skills
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and adapt to change




Physical Requirements and Work Environment:




  • Occasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Forklift and stock picker trainer
  • Mix of warehouse and office work environments




Location: This role is based in San Leandro, CA with travel to other OneSource locations within the area





Travel: You will be required to travel to different cities within the United States throughout the program





Work hours: Varies with each rotation





Salary Range:




  • This is an exempt position that pays $68,640.00 annually. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
