This position does require that the candidate be bilingual in Spanish/English.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resources needs.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee full cycle recruiting
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
  • Have a customer service mindset and go out onto the floor to maintain employee relations.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related area.
  • 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products as well as HRIS


Strong benefits program and very competitive compensation. Compensation depends on experience. Pay range starts at 75K. Pays more depending on experience. Strong bonus offered for this role as well
