Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide on-site field support to customers, including installation, servicing, and repairing of systems and equipment.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and appropriately refer complex matters to relevant personnel, service areas, or managers for further investigation and troubleshooting.
  • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of systems and equipment.
  • Assist in applying engineering principles and practices related to system design, process flow, and discrete modeling.
  • Perform testing of the final product and collaborate with client engineers to ensure the product performs as planned.


Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Two or more years of field support experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Hardware Break/Fix.
  • Experience working with the company's hardware, software, and equipment products.
  • Familiarity with customer technology and support requirements.
  • Understanding of process and/or system design concepts.
  • Proficiency in appropriate programming languages, operating systems, and software.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and other unit personnel.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to resolve non-complex hardware and equipment problems.
