The Senior Product Manager leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to a consumable functionality, by developing or enhancing products to meet specific customer needs and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs while adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
