This isn't just about paperwork, it's about laying the foundation for a rewarding career in treasury management. You'll be the go-to person for daily bank reports, processing wires, and keeping everything running smoothly, all while learning from experienced professionals.


Here's what you'll get to do (and learn):

  • Become a data whiz: Prepare and distribute daily bank reports, keeping everyone informed. (Develop strong analytical skills)
  • Master the art of the wire: Work with our Sr. Treasury Analyst to verify and process outgoing wire payments. (Gain in-depth knowledge of wire transfers and risk mitigation)
  • Become a bank liaison: Set up transfers, maintain documentation, and build strong relationships with our banking partners. (Develop negotiation and relationship management skills)
  • Support the team with a growth mindset: Assist with debt and cash confirmations, collaborate with other departments, and tackle ad-hoc projects, all while seeking opportunities to take on more responsibility. (Gain exposure to various aspects of treasury and identify areas of specialization)


We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a knack for numbers – can demonstrate experience in Microsoft Excel and modeling.
  • Thrives on accuracy – a keen eye for detail is essential.
  • Can handle the heat – responsiveness to urgent payments is crucial.
  • Gets things done – prioritization and time management skills are key.
  • Works well with others – clear communication and collaboration are essential.


This position requires:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance or a related field.
  • Experience with banking portals and wire transactions.


Bonus points if you have:

  • A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
