Role Description

This is for an independent contractor PRN on-site and/or on-line role for an RN Instructor at Hands in Health Training Institute LLC in Wilmington, DE. The role involves monitoring and documenting student's online progress and/or in-school Prometric's skills training. Occasionally monitor students in a LTC facility. Evaluate student progress and collaborate with other faculty members.


Qualifications

  • Active Delaware RN license
  • CNA Instructor experience or Train the Trainer Certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create engaging learning environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in various teaching modalities
  • Experience with online learning platforms is a plus
  • One year working experience in a LTC facility.
