We are seeking a highly skilled Silicon Electrical Engineer specializing in RTL Design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving improvements to processes, flow, and RTL design work. They will possess a strong background in RTL design methodologies, tools, and scripting, and will contribute to the successful delivery of cutting-edge silicon designs.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to improvements in processes, flow, and RTL design work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in RTL design methodologies.
  • Develop and implement RTL designs for complex silicon products, ensuring high quality and performance.
  • Conduct RTL design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Perform static timing analysis and optimize designs to meet timing requirements.
  • Utilize scripting languages to automate design tasks and streamline workflows.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in RTL design, with proficiency in Verilog.
  • 10+ years of experience with RTL design tools such as CDC, RDC, and Synthesis.
  • Strong understanding of the entire RTL design flow, from concept to tape-out.
  • Proven track record in static timing analysis and timing closure techniques.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Tcl, Python) for automation and tool customization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
