Key Qualification:

  • 2+ years relevant experience in a project management or engineering management role with a diverse array of projects and timeline.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Material Engineering background. Performed comprehensive failure analysis on laser devices subjected to diverse stress conditions, employing advanced techniques including optical microscopy, SEM, EDX, TEM, AES.
  • Facilitate communication across a project and alert broader team of changes to scope, timeline and resources.
  • Familiarity with a variety of materials characterization techniques (CT, OM, SEM, FTIR, XPS, etc)
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with strict deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are important, along with the ability to operate comfortably in a fast moving and flexible environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams including engineering, operations, business functions and external vendors, using influencing skills to drive decisions and meet specific deadlines.
  • Analytical thinker who is data driven, with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs.
  • Strong problem resolution, problem solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex business and technical situations to a variety of audiences
  • Proven strong technical skills in hardware.
