This is a hunter/closer sales position using an assumptive one-call close with no account management after the sale.What you will be responsible for:Meeting small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)Memorizing and utilizing NFIBs proven 5-minute verbatim sales presentationBuilding quick rapport and delivering an engaging presentationOvercoming objections and closing the saleProcessing payment on the spotQualificationsStrong work ethicGrit and relentless perseveranceSelf-starter and ability to stick with a structured, proven sales modelDesire for ongoing learningQuick-witted, adaptable, and strategicPassion for the success of small businessSales experience AND/OR transferable skillsIntermediate technical skillsA career with NFIB means being part of a team of truly extraordinary people working to promote and protect small business.
