Responsibilities:

1. Holistic Patient Care: Provide holistic and patient-centered care, considering physical, mental, and emotional aspects to address the overall well-being of patients.

2. Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including holistic practitioners, nutritionists, and mental health experts, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for patients.

3. Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients' health conditions, lifestyles, and individual needs, forming the basis for personalized holistic care plans.

4. Integrative Therapies: Incorporate holistic therapies into patient care, such as mindfulness techniques, nutritional counseling, and alternative modalities, to enhance overall health outcomes.

5. Health Education: Educate patients on holistic health principles, empowering them to actively participate in their wellness journey and make informed decisions about their health.

6. Treatment Planning: Develop and implement holistic treatment plans, working closely with patients to set achievable health goals and monitor progress over time.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

2. Licensure: Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Colorado.

3. Holistic Certification: Additional certification or training in holistic health practices is highly desirable.

4. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on holistic patient care.

5. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.

6. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, valuing input from various wellness disciplines.
