Fireworks Gallery PositionFireworks Gallery has been a leader in the gifting industry in the Greater Seattle area for over 35 years. With 7 retail stores, including 2 at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Fireworks features products from over 300 nationally and internationally acclaimed artisans and studios. We are always seeking energetic, positive, and team oriented individuals to join our team.Available shifts: Sunday through Saturday, 5:30 am to 10:30 pmResponsibilities:Welcome customers and deliver excellent customer service. Resolve customer service opportunities with professionalism and in a timely manner. Ensure all store opening and closing duties are performed accurately, timely and according to Fireworks standards. Assist in the training and development of new team members. Delegate tasks to sales team. Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to. Lead by example on the sales floor. Communicate selling features, benefits, and values of store merchandise. Partner with management team to execute, achieve and exceed the goals of the store. Accurately execute operational tasks such as ringing sales, receiving stock, shipping merchandise, and maintaining the look of the store. Engage in loss prevention through excellent customer service and store awareness. Assist in maintaining merchandise displays and store cleanliness. Handle difficult situations with professionalism and respect for all involved. Participate in special store functions as directed by the management team, such as floor sets, store meetings and physical inventory. Any other responsibilities as assigned by management team. Follow SFO Rules and Regulations.Qualifications:2+ years Retail Key Holder, Supervisory or Customer Service Experience Must pass SFO Airport Background Check Proficiency and knowledge of operating POS systems Entry level of expertise operating computer software and hardware Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate clearly with customer and team members Available for all shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to physically stand and move during the length of the shift, able to bend and kneel Must be able to carry up to 20 or more pounds, as needed Must be able to climb a ladder Reliable TransportationBenefits:Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off (Sick, Vacation, 6 paid holidays) Commuter Benefits - Paid Parking Retirement plan Vision insurance
