At Intermex, we help consumers save while caring for what matters most.What You Will Do As a District Sales Manager at Intermex Wire Transfer, you will focus on prospecting and business development strategies to drive volume through new and existing customers. This role involves not only selling remittance services but also driving transaction volume by influencing our business customers to promote our services to their own customers. This role is ideal for candidates who are success driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment with a diverse team. Candidates should possess experience in an outside door to door B2B sales and have good mathematical reasoning.Do not apply if you do not have Money Transfer or Payments industry experience Employees must be available on-call during weekends to respond to urgent customer needs or support high-traffic business hours. Compensation: This role pays a competitive base salary plus commission & has an uncapped OTE of $150K-200K+ Auto allowance & company credit card for travel expenses (see 'Our Perks' below). Potential sign on bonus of $10K to $30K for top industry candidatesWhat You HaveRequired: Bilingual Spanish/English (See careers page for Portuguese and Haitian Creole roles)Required: 1+ years of proven outside sales experience in the Money Transfer or Payments industryExperience selling Financial products and services to retailers and/or businesses, bonus if you have experience influencing business owners to promote your product/service to their own customersAnalytical and mathematical reasoning (We provide automated digital calculators to assist in sales decision making, but reps must interpret data at a high level to calculate gross profit margins)Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office softwareMust have your own vehicle & car insurance.
