Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our office. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk and the practice overall. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Answer and route incoming phone calls Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Verify insurance information and collect co-pays Maintain accurate patient records and update EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient flow Handle administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing, and mail Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in customer service Minimum 1 year in a medical office Efficient with Mac devices Experience with Google Drive Experience with EMR systems
