Strategic Marketing DirectorAt Cotton Holdings, marketing is about more than promotionit's about driving strategic growth, strengthening brand equity, and positioning our services as essential solutions for our clients. We're looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Marketing who can lead integrated marketing initiatives across Cotton's diverse subsidiaries, while building high-performing teams and aligning marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Reporting to the EVP of Marketing, the Director will serve as a key leader in developing strategy, overseeing execution, and driving results that support Cotton's continued expansion and success. The ideal candidate is a proven marketing leader who combines big-picture thinking with operational excellence, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Responsibilities of this role:Partner with the EVP of Marketing to define brand strategy, market positioning, and audience segmentation across Cotton's family of companiesLead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to support business growth, drive revenue, and build brand awarenessManage, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals across content, digital, creative, and communications functionsCoordinate campaigns, communications, and strategy with C-suite and enterprise leadershipExecute and sustain strategic partnerships with community leaders, brand partners, and major cultural institutionsDirect brand strategy enterprise-wide to ensure cohesion across primary and subsidiary brandsOversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and consistent brand messagingAnalyze performance data to measure effectiveness of campaigns and inform data-driven marketing strategies and optimization effortsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure marketing priorities align with organizational objectivesGuide the development of compelling content, creative assets, and thought leadership that elevate Cotton's brand in the marketDrive customer and market research efforts to identify trends, inform strategy, and uncover opportunities for innovationManage external agencies and vendor relationships to support campaign execution and creative productionEnsure brand consistency across all subsidiaries, campaigns, and customer touchpoints by enforcing brand guidelines and creative standardsLead cross-functional project planning and establish clear processes, timelines, and performance metrics for all marketing initiativesSupport new service launches, corporate initiatives, and major company events with targeted marketing strategiesMonitor industry trends and best practices to keep Cotton's marketing efforts forward-thinking and competitiveReport on ROI and key performance indicators to stakeholders, and provide strategic recommendations based on insights and resultsWhat you bring to the table:10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 35 years in a leadership or director-level roleBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Master's degree a plus)Proven experience building and executing successful B2B marketing strategies preferably in service-based industriesDemonstrated success in leading teams and managing large-scale, integrated campaignsExcellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skillsStrong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance metrics and reportingProficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Sprout Social, etc)Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, brand management, and lead generationExperience working with creative, content, and external agency partnersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities with agility and graceHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and decision-makingDisclaimer:This Job Description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent(s).
