Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel.What youll do:Steers and drives regional execution of sales and channel excellence roadmapDrives and manages regional implementation of framework, policy and channel strategy developmentDrives strategic projects on sales and channel excellence (e.g. ACE) in the regionDrives global / regional / local implementation of eCommerce strategyEnforces channel discipline according to channel growth and development targets regionallyDetermines greatest underexploited channel growth opportunities for the regionAligns with global sales and channel excellence for regional roll-outsAligns with counterparts of other SBUs especially for shared distributorsCooperates with pricing team and ensures continuous regional price alignmentSponsors or manages distribution key accounts at global / regional / local levelContigously evaluates existing and possible channel partnersPro-actively maintains understanding of market developments and relevant product knowledgeTravels regularly in market to support understandingWhat makes you a good fit:BS or BA degree is required. Technical or Business preferred3-5 years of sales experience in the electronics, aerospace industry is requiredManaging channel/distribution sales strategies is requiredOmnichannel understandingDigital process design and customer experience skillsDistribution and Territory management knowledgeAbility to travel an average of 25% is required. Expectations would be one week per month worth of overnight trips. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
