The Online Sales Organization (OSO) of LMS empowers organizations to reach, engage and convert their professional audience at scale. Within OSO, our New & Emerging Business team works with early-stage startups and other high-potential LMS customers, helping them achieve their growth objectives by utilizing best-in-class products and services. LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is searching for a Client Solutions Manager to join our Startups team.The Sr, CSM will leverage their knowledge of digital advertising, superior communication skills, and analytical abilities to provide consultative solutions to help B2B startups grow their organizations and effectively reach their target audiences. The Client Solutions Manager will drive value for these new customers by providing best-in-class engagement insights and campaign recommendations. Leveraging data and analytics, the Client Solutions Manager will identify areas where LinkedIn can provide more value to our clients and build a case for upsell opportunities. The Client Solutions Manager will be measured by their ability to partner with their Account Executive(s) to analyze and action on data and drive incremental revenue. They are a nimble team player who is comfortable managing multiple clients, campaigns, and projects concurrently. Working collaboratively with their Account Executive(s), the CSM's responsibilities are to:Build relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their business and objectives to provide best-in-class customer engagementProactively analyze and optimize customers' advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic recommendations to customers and ensure client objectives are metProvide recommendations and training on targeting, implementation, optimization, and reportingSupport customer education including a best-in-class onboarding experience and ad hoc education needsStabilize performance and grow revenue from new advertisers via proactive optimizations and upsellsLeverage technology to drive performance-oriented marketing solutionsAdvise on creative and content development, leveraging marketing expertise to maximize performance and deliveryWork effectively with various cross-functional partners in sales, marketing, finance, technical support, product, product marketing and insights to ensure customer success, troubleshoot campaigns and ensure error-free executionRepresent the voice of the customer through collaboration with product teams to influence campaign management tools and ensure our customer needs are metCo-develop a strategic plan for your book of business with your Account ExecutiveUse data and insights to highlight the value of advertising, demonstrate ROI, and make recommendations for optimizations and additional investmentInspire continued innovation by regularly sharing ideas and best practices with peers and managerEmbrace our learning culture to develop yourself as a sales professional and colleague to your peers and internal partnersBasic Qualifications:BA/BS degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in advertising sales, media buying and planning, or relevant consulting workPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (eg, Social, Google Adwords, ad exchange/trading desks)Experience in advertising sales and media account managementFamiliarity with startups go-to-market challenges and growth KPIsDemonstrated analytical background and experience with statistical analysis, return on investment modeling, and advertising / media analyticsAbility to think strategically with a proven track record of providing consultative and data-driven solutionsDemonstrated understanding of advertising technology and marketing automationAbility to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervisionAbility to work independently and collaborate cross-functionallySuggested Skills:Campaign OptimizationDigital AdvertisingDigital MarketingMedia Account ManagementLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $113,000 to $163,000 (On Target Earnings). Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
