Job Description: As the HR Business Partner (HRBP), Manager of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives while overseeing operational efficiency within our organization. With a focus on fostering a positive work culture, driving employee engagement, and optimizing operational processes, you will leverage your expertise to support our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives. Provide expert guidance on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Develop and implement programs that promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and innovation.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding process. Implement retention strategies to maximize employee productivity and minimize turnover.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to optimize performance and career growth.
  • Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe and ethical work environment.
  • Support employee development initiatives by identifying training needs, coordinating learning opportunities, and facilitating career development plans. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare regular reports for senior management and provide insights to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
