Job PostingFinancial Analyst will provide financial and analytical support to Senior Financial Management, Group Logistics Managers, and Logistics Managers. Essential functions include month-end closing, operational initiatives, financial planning & analysis, training, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and corporate liaison duties. Additional responsibilities include performing other duties as assigned and following up with tracking/reporting/further recommendations.Skills and abilities include effective communication with all levels of management, problem solving, self-motivation, proactive and innovative planning, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial/operational information to various levels of the organization.Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree required in business administration, finance, accounting or related field, and two to four years in Finance, Accounting or Operations, preferred. Travel is 10-20%.Compensation InformationThe compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
