REQUIRED (2+ years) - SAP and/or extensive contract database experience


Must Have Skills

  • Contract management experience (3+ years)
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Data entry, analysis, and auditing/validation
  • Experience in problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Strong organization and documentation skills
  • PC and Windows software experience


Education - Minimum Associates Degree required.


Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs
  • Support in migration to and implementation of new vendor contract database software utilizing data in existing company databases.
  • Perform Data entry and validation of records.
  • Maintain solid internal and external stakeholder relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Research skills required to trouble shoot problems.
  • Work with Accounts Payable to ensure accuracy of vendor invoices.
  • Develop Reports to track payments; contract renewals and other obligations.
  • Researches background information related to vendor contract issues, gathers records and files.
  • Draft, revise and edit contractual documents.
  • Monitor contract renewals and other key contract milestones.
  • Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with transactions internal negotiation team.
  • Review and understand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate Policies
  • Take responsibility for consultation on and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and/or risks.
