This role requires a high level of expertise in accounting principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain excellent client relationships.Responsibilities:Manage a team of accountants and bookkeepers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluationsOversee the full accounting cycle for multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reportingReview and approve financial statements, balance sheets, and other accounting documentsDevelop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracyCollaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutionsEnsure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other relevant financial standardsCoordinate with external auditors during annual audits and prepare necessary documentationAnalyze financial data and provide insights to clients for informed decision-makingManage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for accounting-related mattersStay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial managementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial roleStrong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulationsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in client-facing roles and relationship managementThis position offers competitive compensation and benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth within a leading global real estate services company.Estimated compensation for this position: $93,100.00 $107,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
