Compensation Analyst

Compensation AnalystA client in the Spring, TX area is looking for a Compensation Analyst. This person will help with salary structure development, review job descriptions, and deal with benchmarking and market pricing. They need to assist with restructuring this group and have attention to detail. They will help with full step by step merit, compensation cycles, and bonuses. This person needs to enjoy establishing structure and processes and be willing to accept feedback and pivot when needed. They will also help mentor junior compensation analysts. This position is looking to pay between $115,000-125,000/year.
