Administrative Assistant - Syosset - $55-65K+Benefits

Responsibilities

· Support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks and ensuring high quality customer service in the QA Department.

· Assist with editing spec sheets and testing/maintaining the shelf life expiration requests.

· Keep track of the complaint log.

· Document audit report in a timely fashion and be responsible for follow up to drive risk reduction.

· Work cross functionally with multiple departments in the company.

· Other projects/duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an Administrative function.

· Strong analytical ability and basic math skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail

· Demonstrated leadership ability, with proven ability to influence and drive constructive change across multiple levels.

· Strong bias for action, ability to see opportunities/risks early and take appropriate actions.

· Highly organized and self-motivated with a passion for administrative functions.
