Pegasus Laboratories, Inc., a leading innovator in veterinary pharmaceuticals and medical products, is actively hiring a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Pensacola, FL.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of daily operations, handling inquiries from customers, internal team members, and distribution partners-whether in person, over the phone, or via email communications. You'll provide essential support for CDMO products and coordinate shipping logistics with clients, ensuring seamless service and efficient processes every step of the way.

o What is ESOP? It's an ownership stake in the company that provides an additional form of compensation directly tied to PBI-Gordon's financial success. All regular employees are eligible to participate in the ESOP and will be partially vested after two years with the companies; all employees are 100% vested after six years of service
Position Requirements:
• High School Diploma on GED equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative customer service environment required; experience within an FDA/cGMP manufacturing facility preferred
• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
• Experience interacting with internal and external customers, data entry, and utilizing spreadsheets
