Job Overview:

Capgemini is looking for an experienced Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS Solution Architect. In this role, you will develop architecture design, development, and deployment of Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS, including knowledge of CDI, CDQ, CAI, etc., implementation covering core MDM, ETL, Data Quality, Data Governance, and client Business Processes relevant to data landscape modernization. You will also be responsible for leading offerings and practice development related to IDMC MDM SaaS with the expectation of having experience in the Informatica suite, including IDMC MDM 10.4 or 10.5, PowerCenter, and PowerExchange. Requires IDMC Certification.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT with depth in Data Management
  • 12+ years of experience in the Informatica suite of products with at least 3 years of on-prem Informatica MDM 10.x
  • 3+ years of experience in IDMC (Informatica MDM SaaS a must)
  • 10+ years of Consulting experience with Big 5 or Tier 1 firms
  • Must have implemented a minimum of 3 full lifecycle MDM projects
  • 10+ years of proven experience working with Service-Oriented and Event-Driven Architectures (SOA/EDA), JMS messaging, SOAP, and RESTful services
  • Must have hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC configurations - Data modeling & Data Mappings
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica CDI, CDQ, and CAI
  • Experience in integrating external business applications with Informatica IDMC using Batch processes, API calls, and message queues
  • Detailed understanding of data governance and data profiling concepts
  • Solid understanding and experience with Java or Python, SQL
  • Solid understanding of data trust architectures and business processes
  • Solid understanding of Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Architecture, and Master Data Management project lifecycle phases, best practices, and processes
  • Perform review of Informatica IDMC detailed design, configuration, monitoring, deployment, and implementation
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical design and code
  • Performance tuning of Application Database and Informatica MDM platform
  • Collaborate with various technical teams and business users for Development, QA, and Operations Support
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to engage with customers and stakeholders to drive IDMC design decisions
  • Awareness of Cloud trends, Cloud concepts, and other Cloud tools
  • Nice to have experience in the Financial domain
