Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role at Capital Asset Management LLC. The role involves tasks such as creating flyers, brochures, e-blasts, other graphics, and overall marketing and project management. While based in Phoenix, AZ, this role offers flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Experience in InDesign is required
  • Experience creating flyers, brochures, and e-blasts is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Project Management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in real estate or related field is a plus
  • Experience in BuildOut is preferred
  • Experience in CoStar, LoopNet, & Crexi is preferred
