This is a strategic, quota-carrying role responsible for driving measurable revenue growth across a defined portfolio of accounts. Youll work closely with other Account Managers, Skills Strategists, RevOps, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to renewal and expansion./ppThis team is focused on driving strategic sustainable, data-informed growthblending discipline, collaboration, and creativity to expand Workeras footprint with new and existing customers./ppWithin 3 months, you will:/pulliComplete Workeras onboarding and product enablement program./liliDevelop deep familiarity with your account portfoliomapping org charts, key stakeholders, renewal calendars, and whitespace opportunities./liliPartner with Skills Strategists to assess account health, adoption, and baseline performance metrics./liliBegin executing structured QBRs with key accounts using Workeras discovery playbook./li/ulpWithin 6 months, you will:/pulliBuild and manage a measurable expansion pipeline across your portfolio (targeting 2025% expansion quota)./liliPartner with Marketing on account-based campaigns and collaborate with RevOps for accurate forecasting and reporting./liliCreate repeatable discovery and engagement motions for Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts (both digital and in-person)./liliStrengthen executive relationships to uncover multi-department and multi-region growth opportunities./li/ulpWithin 9 months, you will:/pulliConsistently achieve renewal and expansion targets across your account portfolio./liliDemonstrate measurable growth results and improved portfolio health scores./liliContribute to playbook and process refinements that enhance scalable, repeatable growth across the sales organization./liliServe as a mentor and thought partner to peers as Workera continues to scale./li/ulp*Please note as we are a dynamic and quickly growing scale-up, things are always subject to change*/ppWhat Youll Bring:/pulli5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, SaaS renewals, or strategic expansion roles./liliProven success meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion targets in a high-growth or scaling environment./liliStrong account planning and forecasting skills, with proficiency in Salesforce and tools like Vitally./liliConfidence leading executive-level QBRs, running structured discovery, and identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities./liliA consultative, customer-first mindset, with proven collaboration across Customer Success, Product, and Marketing./liliStrong business acumen and the ability to translate skills intelligence and workforce development solutions into measurable business impact./liliProficiency in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT or equivalent digital assistants, applying them effectively within your work context./li/ulpAbout Workera:/ppWorkera is a fast-growing, Series B Silicon Valley start-up redefining how enterprises understand, develop, and mobilize talent.
