A rapidly growing medical device organization is expanding in North Carolina and seeking a driven Medical Device Sales Representative to own and grow a high-potential surgical territory.This is a standout opportunity for someone who thrives in the OR, excels at building surgeon relationships, and wants to be on the front end of pioneering technology in a company that is scaling quickly.What You'll DoLead all sales activity across a growing NC territoryBuild strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, and key decision-makersDrive new business through targeted prospecting and strategic cold callingSupport cases in the OR and deliver engaging clinical educationCoordinate hands-on evaluations, demos, and training sessionsProvide real-time insights to leadership and help shape territory strategyMaintain clear CRM documentation and consistent pipeline managementRepresent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and strong clinical credibilityWhat We're Looking For3+ years of medical device sales experience (surgical strongly preferred)Proven success supporting clinical adoption in hospital ORs or surgery centersExperience selling into complex care settings (hospitals, VAs, ASCs, etc.)Bachelor's degree requiredBased in or near Charlotte, NCExcellent communication, strong business acumen, and consultative selling skillsComfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platformsPreferred Candidates Will HaveBackground selling surgical technologies in specialties like orthopedics, electrophysiology, ENT, or aestheticsHybrid clinical + sales background (RN, scrub tech, military medical, etc.)Why This Role Is DifferentHigh-growth territory with significant runway to build and scaleWork directly with senior leadership - your voice and strategy matterOpportunity to introduce innovative, in-demand surgical technologyFast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with room for advancementRep-Lite receives a large volume of resumes for each position and regretfully cannot respond to each application.If we have an interest in speaking with you further, we will email a request for a video interview.
