Our client is a Real Estate firm seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee 10+ properties across NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of Resident Managers and Handymen
- Responsible for onboarding/training/etc for all new hire RM’s
- Manage a portfolio of 10+ buildings across Manhattan
- Responsible for ensuring mechanical systems and buildings are running efficiently
- Manage relationships with vendors
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Regional Facilities/Resident Manager experience
- Must have residential property management experience
- MUST have multi-family real estate experience
- MUST have experience managing 10+ buildings at a time
- Supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs is a plus
The annual base salary range is $160,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
