Our client, a phenomenal management consulting and investment firm based in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Contracts Specialist with hands on experience in reviewing agreements and contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and manage various contracts and agreements, while leading and participate in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives for the firm.
- Collaborate with various internal teams and vendors to ensure contract compliance and efficiency.
- Assist in the procurement process and provide support for a wide variety of contracts and agreements.
- Utilize strong Excel skills for data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and charts.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all contract-related activities.
- Support team members and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in contract review and management, working with agreements or in a procurement role in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract management.
- Experience with contract management systems, preferably Conga, or a willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart creation.
- Bachelor's degree in legal, business, or a related field is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting colleagues.
