A construction scheduler with Primavera experience is needed in Albuquerque, NM. This individual will play a critical role in the management of construction projects for a leading engineering and construction organization.


Ideal candidates will have expert-level Primavera P6, 3 years of relevant experience, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Maximo, PowerPlan, or Oracle APEX experience is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project control processes
  • Set up projects in Enterprise Planning & Controls software
  • Analyze data and generate reports
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Maintain scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts
  • Follow project execution plans
  • Manage engineering, procurement, and construction planning
  • Serve as technical point of contact
  • Create work orders and subcontracts
  • Review and document changes to cost reports or forecasts
