Location: Various locations across Washington

As a Nurse Manager you will oversee nursing operations within a healthcare setting ensuring the delivery of highquality patient care. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing nursing staff optimizing departmental performance and fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit train and evaluate nursing staff fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Oversee patient care activities ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and the delivery of safe effective care.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures that promote optimal nursing practices and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Assist in managing departmental budgets optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs while maintaining quality care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare leaders and departments to coordinate patient care and improve service delivery.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing nursing performance patient satisfaction and overall healthcare quality.
  • Address and resolve conflicts and issues within the nursing team promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Valid state RN license and current CPR certification.
  • Previous experience in a nursing leadership role with a strong clinical background.
  • Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams manage change and foster a culture of excellence in patient care.
