A 100 bed hospital in Northwest Washington is looking for a Nurse Manager to join their Medical Surgical team This facility strongly holds themselves to quality patient care for each individual patient in a comfortable, modern, and wonderful setting. 

The Nurse Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a positive work environment for nursing staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise in medical surgical nursing, and the ability to effectively manage resources and personnel.

There are a few requirements in order to be considered for the Nurse Manager position which include:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current WA state licensure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical surgical nursing, with 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent organizational skills

The hospital is located in a family friendly town in the Seattle area. It is a free standing, not for profit hospital that provides quality of patient care to the local communities. The Nurse Manager will enjoy family friendly activities in the area, including tourist attractions, fishing, good schools and is a close proximity to mountains and rivers.
