Scope of position:
Collaborate closely with local branch teams and regional support, your primary focus will be on reviewing, adjusting, and negotiating customer and vendor contracts to ensure they adhere to company's commercial contractual risk transfer guidelines and policies.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing contract support to over 10 branches, fostering teamwork with contracts peers and local branch personnel, along with collaborating with accounting, collections, and billing departments.
- Independently assessing, adjusting, and negotiating customer and vendor contracts, ensuring they align with company's commercial terms, accurately reflect scope of work and pricing, and encompass various document types such as purchase orders, subcontracts, bid forms, NDAs, joint check agreements, lien waivers, warranties, and certificates of insurance.
- Engaging directly with customer project managers, procurement personnel, management, legal representatives, and other stakeholders for negotiations.
- Cultivating positive and cooperative commercial relationships with both customers and vendors.
- Upholding strict confidentiality concerning customer accounts and corporate financial data.
Fulfilling additional duties and projects delegated by your supervisor.
