Pmo CoordinatorA client in Spring, TX is looking for a PMO Coordinator. This person will play a critical role in supporting the Project Management Office by ensuring smooth coordination of project activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating effective communication across multiple teams. This person will be responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities. Some additional responsibilities include, maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones and updating project dashboards. In addition, they will be coordinating and scheduling meetings, including steering committees, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups. Lastly, they will be preparing high-quality presentations and reports for leadership and supporting Product Owners and Scrum Masters in maintaining backlogs and tracking progress. Expert level with MS Excel - (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, data analysis). Knowledge of Jira for tracking Agile projects. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Confluence). Understanding of PMO processes, governance, and Stage Gate methodology. Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and ability to run Scrum meetings. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
