This permanent position offers the opportunity to work on prestigious projects within the conservation cultural and heritage sectors across the South East. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects through all RIBA stages with a focus on adaptive reuse conservation and heritage buildings
- Develop highquality design and technical drawings using AutoCAD Revit and NBS Chorus
- Ensure compliance with UK Building and Planning regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders managing project progress and expectations
- Provide technical detailing and projectrunning expertise with the ability to manage and resolve project issues
- Collaborate with internal teams displaying a positive attitude and a commitment to learning
Key Ss & Requirements:
- Part 3 qualified Architect with experience in a UKbased practice
- Strong design and drawing ss with attention to detail and a portfolio of highquality work
- Thorough understanding of UK building and planning regulations
- Proven experience working across all RIBA stages
- Excellent clientfacing and communication ss both written and verbal
- Experience in adaptive reuse and new build projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and NBS Chorus
