Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of diverse largescale architectural projects in the UK and abroad
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and present innovative design concepts and solutions
  • Ensure adherence to local building regulations and standards
  • Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation
  • Participate in internal R&D and design competition initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading medium to largescale architectural projects
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong graphic design and presentation abilities
  • Exceptional handdrawing skills to bring ideas to life both on paper and screen
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with largescale residential projects is a plus
