JOB SUMMARY


Due to our continued growth, VMG Health has created a new role for an IT System Administrator in Nashville, Tennessee to provide on-site desktop and system support for the primary VMG Health office as well as providing virtual support to seven additional VMG Health facilities.


The IT System Administrator will also function as an ERP Tech support specialist.


KEY RESPONSIBLITIES


  • Technical SME for our enterprise ERP system
  • System Support of employee applications, laptops, virtual machines, and all devices
  • Operational Support (troubleshooting employee connectivity issues, M365, Teams, CRM, SharePoint, Power BI Reports, PSA, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Support of tracking end-user laptops, security, access control, licensing, and provisioning
  • Documentation of processes, procedures, polices, and configuration
  • Assists in the procurement of all IT hardware and software
  • Supports on-boarding of new employees and user provisioning
  • Team Lead for Helpdesk Troubleshooting – Tier II & III requests; some afterhours “on call” shifts necessary
  • Provides in-house SharePoint expertise and acts as the designated data librarian
  • Security Administration: MDM, auditing, log review
  • Manages Active Directory administration and all licensing audits
  • Monitors and updates virus protection software to keep data and communications protected
  • Uses security tools to analyze security incidents, providing root cause and remediation steps
  • Develops IT automation and self-service functionality
  • Provides support to internal projects providing input on vendor, security, and integration


QUALIFICATIONS


Knowledge & Skills:


  • Moderate to advanced understanding of ERP systems with significant preference for Deltek Vantagepoint experience
  • Moderate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments
  • Understanding of Microsoft Products including Office365 (operational and administrative)
  • Exposure to networking tools and topologies
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision


Required Minimum Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field


Preferred Education:


  • N/A


Experience:


  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience, including experience in acquisition migrations


License/Certifications:


  • Preferred Certifications: M365, Azure, Deltek Vantage Point, A+, Network, Security, MTA or MCSA
