Digital Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager a client in Bristol, PA. This position is 3 days a week in office. You must have experience in the home services/trade industry (HVAC, Roofing, Plumbing, etc.), and expertise in lead generation, paid social and PPC. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our client's portfolio of companies in the home service industry. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive online visibility, generate leads, and increase customer acquisition and retention. If you have experience with ServiceTitan, this is a huge plus



Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for portfolio companies, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and optimize digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance using various tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and others.
  • Develop and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support portfolio companies in developing and executing digital marketing plans that align with their business goals and objectives.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Tools, and others.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
