Global Senior Brand ManagerChampion Petfoods is seeking a dynamic Global Senior Brand Manager to be the right hand to the Global VP, Marketing for the ACANA brand. This role is designed for a proven leader who brings deep expertise in classical marketing and a track record of success in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Robust global experience in brand building, media planning, analytics, and insights is needed to develop and execute brand growth plans across international markets. This position requires a strong executive presence to influence, inspire, and rally internal and external stakeholders at every level. If you are a proactive, results-oriented leader ready to hit the ground running and partner closely with senior leadership to shape the future of a global brand, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth Partner: Collaborate directly with the Global VP to develop and execute ACANA's 5-year global growth strategy. Use your strategic mindset and global experience to identify growth levers, align cross-market teams, and drive scale through the Mars 'Expert' growth model. You will be the catalyst that pushes initiatives forward and ensures momentum.Global Brand Custodian: Monitor, protect, and grow ACANA brand equity. Develop and effectively deploy the necessary tools to enable execution with excellence in 60+ markets. Nurture a vibrant global brand community and be the trustworthy authoritative voice of the brand.Stakeholder Balancer & Influencer: Skillfully balance and align diverse global, regional, and local stakeholders across functions, managing complexity with diplomacy and influence. Exhibit polished executive presence with the ability to confidently present and sell ideas to senior leadership, and external customers. Inspire trust and buy-in through clear, compelling storytelling.Breakthrough Creative Architect: Design and deploy compelling global creative that elevates brand storytelling and inspires regional execution. Lead agency partners and internal creative teams to deliver innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns that resonate across diverse markets and drive brand distinctiveness.Analytics to Insights Leader: Leverage strong analytical rigor to interpret global market trends, consumer insights, category dynamics, and competitive intelligence. Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy. Provide senior leadership with confident, data-driven recommendations that unlock growth and competitive advantage.Portfolio & Range Strategist: Define and optimize product assortment, positioning, and pricing strategies to maximize consumer value. The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed above, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
