Job SummaryWe are seeking an on-site Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. In this role, you will manage the company’s bills and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner. Responsibilities will include receiving and preparing accounts payable invoices, handling expense reports, and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and has a strong understanding of accounting, payments, and budgets. Responsibilities Maintaining accounts payable recordsPreparing accounts payable invoicesMaking payments promptlyMaintaining accurate general ledger journal entriesCollaborating with other departments to handle account issuesPreparing expense reportsProviding support for auditsReconciling credit card and bank statementsAssisting with special projects, as necessary*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any timeQualifications / SkillsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldRelated work experience 2-5 yearsStrong understanding of accounting principles and best practicesAdvanced knowledge of Excel and accounting softwareExperience with Yardi software (preferred, but not required)Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPointExcellent problem-solving and research skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to accuracy and attention to detailApt learner and self starterBilingual English/Spanish (preferred, but not required) Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
