What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
  • Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies, adjusting the curriculum to suit individual learning styles.
  • Monitor student progress and modify teaching plans to meet evolving needs.
  • Deliver specialized instruction tailored to the needs of the entire classroom.
  • Cultivate inclusive classrooms by collaborating closely with general education teachers and support staff, promoting a holistic and supportive learning environment.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • Valid teaching credential or eligibility for certification in Special Education (LBS1).
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and dedication to meeting the unique needs of students with special needs.
