General Manager 3, FoodSodexo is seeking a General Manager 3, Food to lead our dining operations at Ozanam Hall of Queens Nursing Home, a skilled care and rehabilitation facility serving approximately 400 residents. This role requires a strong, communicative leader with the ability to develop and grow a team while ensuring high-quality food service.What You'll DoOversee daily food service operations, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.Lead and manage a team of four managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Collaborate with the District Manager to drive operational success and meet business goals.Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in skilled care food service.Implement Sodexo systems and programs.Continuously evaluate service to ensure resident and client satisfaction.Drive employee engagement and resident satisfaction through strong leadership skills.Integrate fully within our client's organization and be a trusted advisor with a customer service focus.Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.Create a positive environment and ensure Sodexo Standards are met.What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
