Job Summary

 

We’re looking for an attorney that’s practiced at least 5 years in commercial litigation in Texas state or federal courts. IP litigation experience is a plus. Book of business preferred but not required.


Key responsibilities include:

·     Push and manage cases. 

·     Draft and oversee briefing and discovery.

·     Handle hearings, depositions, mediations, trial, and arbitration work.

·     Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

·     Mentor and manage more junior attorneys.
