Are you a motivated leader who is driven to provide a superior education and sales experience?Across North America and all over the world, Mathnasium Learning Centers are committed to teaching children math so that they understand it, master it, and love it.We are currently looking for a Director to work in one of our DC centers: Cathedral Heights, Capitol Hill, and Kalorama / Dupont Circle.Why Work with Us?We set ourselves apart by providing Directors with:A rewarding leadership opportunity leading a team in transforming the lives of studentsA full-time, salaried position with revenue-based bonus (total compensation range is $55-65K)A fun, supportive, and encouraging work cultureOpportunities for professional development - we are a top-performing franchisee in growth modeWhat Are Your Responsibilities?Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the centerLead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personallyMarket the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationshipsConduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling studentsAdminister student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plansProvide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progressMonitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student successQualifications:Excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilitiesEagerness to learn and be trainedExceptional math competency through at least Algebra ICompleted Bachelor's Degree, preferred in education, math, or related STEM fieldPrevious management or leadership experience preferredPrevious customer relationships & sales experience preferredIf this opportunity piques your interest, we'd love to speak with you
