The organization is committed to offering professional services and fostering a collaborative work environment.Job DescriptionCoordinate scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews and meetings. Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment databases and tracking systems. Prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms as needed. Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to the hiring process. Assist in organizing recruitment events and outreach activities. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.What's on OfferHourly pay between $27.00 and $33.00 USD. Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits.
