Career Overview:

As a Personal Care Home Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations and management of the personal care facility and play a direct role in improving the lives of our residents each day. This position is predominantly daylight Monday-Friday with an on-call rotation.

Qualifications:

• Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) license
• Seasoned and organized leader (min. 2 years’ experience in supervisory role)
• Ability to lead and motivate team of healthcare professionals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with federal and state regulatory compliance
• Strong relationship building and customer service
• Commitment to serving residents and their families

Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
• Provide non-medical supervision to nursing team
• Oversee all interdisciplinary departments within personal care facility
• Manage revenue and expenses according to budget
