Specifics of the Role

Office Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm but potential for extended hours for improved patient accessMinimum Required Hours Per Week: 36 hoursCall Schedule: 1:8 for outpatient callAll calls are triaged through the nursesThe TeamThe team consists of 1 physician and 2 advanced practice providers.The team covers general family medicine cases including pediatrics, adult and geriatrics, chronic disease management and optional OB.Parkview Noble Hospital115,000 square-foot facility, sitting on a 66-acre campus that includes a mile health walk and meditation gardenBeds: 31Home to an extensive array of inpatient and outpatient services, including a full-service 24/7 emergency department, surgery center, imaging and laboratory, sleep lab, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, physical, occupational, speech and numerous physician clinics
